Exchanges & Returns

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return it for any reason so long as it is in its original condition.

	Please send the item via UPS, or insured mail, along with our packing slip to: BibArch Returns PO Box 2494 229 Freedom Drive Cullowhee, NC 28723-28723
	Be sure to indicate your preference for an exchange or refund.
	Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
	For proper credit be sure to enclose the packing slip with the returned item.
	Send the item and packing slip to the address given above which appears on the back of the packing slip.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. We process most exchanges and returns within two weeks of receipt.
